Solution:   Please ignore this invalid activation record to directly activate this license in this PC or other PC.


The reason is that the customer's license is returned by mandatory way. In customer’s PC, original activation record is still displayed in license manager. But it is invalid information. So in original PC, when the customer try to return it, he will get this message.


How the customer clear this invalid record in license manager?

Please directly activate this license on original PC again. Then it can be successfully returned.

Suggestion: If the license is returned by mandatory way. We suggest the customer to do the above operation to clear this invalid information to prevent misunderstanding.
